Bob has worked as a consultant since 2001 helping SMEs in all sectors with growth and business development issues. Specialising in strategy and organisation, sales and marketing, he has developed tools that can be used to identify key areas that are restricting development and growth. He has also helped companies develop and implement their marketing plans and has successfully helped companies improve their sales performance.
He has worked in a wide variety of industries including Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Business Services and Retail sectors. He has also operated as an independent business advisor under various contracts from Business Link.
A founder member of the Southern Group Business Advisors (SGBA) he works with a group of other business advisors and consultants to help companies achieve their aims and goals. The SGBA are an approved consultancy group for the Farnborough Aerospace Consortium (FAC) and have links to many other organisations and groups.
